I would like to heartfully acknowledge the Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the traditional custodians of the land from which I have been blessed to live and work, amongst the majesty of the eucalyptus and wattle trees; and to all indigenous peoples all over this vast and luscious planet – the gurus, rishis, naturalists, wild healers and those who have continued to pass on the wisdom of Ayurveda – my most profound respect is with you.
I would like to disclose that all of my teachings stem from an ancient body of knowledge passed down from the sages of India that explores the rich tapestry of herbalism, meditation, mindfulness, yoga, plant-based cooking, gut health, digestion, self-care, living within nature, honouring the planet, and beyond. This is my homage to Ayurveda – the ‘art of living.’
